Meet the face behind MEMO. With a passion for modelling and a background in ring girling for some of the world’s most high-profile fighters, Kayleigh brings a blend of creativity, industry expertise, and entrepreneurial vision to the table.

After founding MEMO in 2023, Kayleigh has steered the agency to great success, establishing a reputation for excellence and innovation in the competitive world of modelling. With firsthand experience in the spotlight and a keen understanding of the industry, Kayleigh is dedicated to empowering talent, fostering creativity, and delivering exceptional results for clients.

Meet Gwen

In 2024 we decided to launch our modelling division.

We knew that Gwen would be the perfect candidate to kickstart this side of the agency with her years of industry experience and her passion for model development. Alongside her own modelling career she works with new and aspiring models on their portfolios offering posing, styling and creative direction. She will work closely with our models to ensure they are nurtured in the same way.

Gwen believes in maintaining happy and positive work relations; not only with our models but our clients too!
